Mel's Diner on US Route 19 in front of GulfView Mall. Dash plaques to first 75 registered. Top 40 plaques, best of show and peoples choice. Registration is $10 from 10am until noon. Awards at 4:00pm. Live music, big 50/50, T-shirts, door prizes all day.
